Overview
This website is operated by Go Collect Emall Pty Ltd (ABN 81 696 735 065), trading as Go Collect Cards ("Go Collect Cards", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, and any purchase you make from us.
By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform through which we sell products to you.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where any part of these Terms conflicts with those rights, those rights prevail.
1. Eligibility
By using this site you confirm that you are either of legal age in your state or territory, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this site and make purchases.
2. Products
2.1 General
We reserve the right to limit the sale of products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities of any product at our discretion.
2.2 Graded Cards
Graded cards sold by Go Collect Cards have been assessed and encapsulated by independent third-party grading companies including but not limited to PSA, BGS (Beckett), CGC and SGC. The grade assigned to a card represents the opinion of the grading company at the time of grading and is not a guarantee or warranty made by Go Collect Cards.

- Go Collect Cards does not independently verify or warrant any grade assigned by a third party
- All graded cards are sold as unique, individual items — photographs of the specific slab are provided in each listing. You are purchasing the exact card shown in the photos — please review all photos carefully as they form part of the item description
- Unless otherwise noted, the graded card case/slab may show minor surface scratches, scuffs, handling marks, or other cosmetic imperfections commonly present from the grading company's manufacturing, encapsulation, handling, storage, and shipping processes. The assigned grade relates to the card itself per the grader and not the condition of the plastic holder. Any significant cracks, chips, or major damage to the slab will be disclosed in the listing where applicable
- Go Collect Cards is committed to selling only authentic graded cards and will not knowingly sell counterfeit or tampered slabs
2.3 Raw Singles
Raw (ungraded) cards are assessed and described by our team at the time of listing. Condition descriptions and photographs are provided for each listing. We use industry-standard grading language (Mint, Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, Damaged) and encourage customers to review all images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

We make every effort to accurately represent the condition of raw singles. Minor differences in card appearance due to photography lighting or monitor calibration are not considered misrepresentation.
2.4 Sealed Product
Sealed Pokémon and trading card products contain randomised contents. Go Collect Cards makes no guarantee or representation as to the contents of any sealed product, including the rarity or value of cards pulled. The randomised nature of sealed product is inherent to the product and is not a defect.
2.5 Market Value
The trading card market is subject to significant price volatility. Go Collect Cards makes no representation as to the future value of any card or product. Prices paid at the time of purchase may not reflect future market value, and Go Collect Cards accepts no liability for any change in market value after the time of purchase.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
Go Collect Cards reserves the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred, and will provide a full refund in such cases.
4. Pre-Orders
From time to time we may offer products available for pre-order prior to their official release date.
- Pre-order release dates are estimates only and are subject to change by the manufacturer or distributor
- Payment for pre-orders is taken at the time of purchase
- If a pre-ordered product is delayed, your order will remain active and be fulfilled upon receipt of stock
- If a pre-ordered product is cancelled by the manufacturer or becomes unavailable, we will issue a full refund
- Pre-order prices are locked at the time of purchase and will not change if the market price increases before fulfilment
5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including where:
- Stock is unavailable or has been found to be not as described
- A pricing error has occurred
- We suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms
Where we cancel an order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
6. Reseller Policy
Go Collect Cards sells primarily to collectors and personal buyers. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer and to cancel orders where we reasonably believe a customer is purchasing for the purpose of resale at a volume that disadvantages individual collectors.
7. Shipping
All orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details on dispatch timeframes, carriers, tracking and high-value order requirements.
8. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, and with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify your rights under the ACL.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Go Collect Cards' total liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit or loss of data, arising in connection with your use of our site or purchase of our products, to the extent permitted by law.

All content on this website including text, images, logos and graphics is the property of Go Collect Cards or is used with permission, and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.
Pokémon and all related names, characters and imagery are trademarks of Nintendo / Creatures Inc. / GAME FREAK inc. PSA, BGS, CGC and SGC are trademarks of their respective owners. Go Collect Cards is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these entities.
You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.

Our site may contain links to third party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Go Collect Cards has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any disputes arising under these Terms.
